Shipping Policy

All KansoDeck products are digital. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping costs.

Right after your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your download link. You can also download your guide from the order confirmation page.

If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, contact us at hello@kansodeck.com with your order number and we will resend it.
